Fitness Freddy Visits St. Joseph's
What an energetic day we had when Fitness Freddy arrived at St. Joseph's. He had everyone in school up on their feet pulling some groovy dance moves on the assembly hall floor. He finished the day by hosting a Building Bonds evening session where mums and dads could come along and join in the fun. What a great way to get active and promote exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle.
