Intergenerational Christmas – Sharing Joy Across Generations

This festive season, St Joseph’s is proud to take part in LGNI’s Intergenerational Christmas initiative. The Christmas Bauble activity is a simple yet powerful way to spread hope, love, and seasonal cheer between generations.

 

Our Year 3LOD pupils created beautiful baubles and visited residents at The Whins Nursing Home, sharing messages of kindness and joy.

Also our Year 5 choir brought festive cheer as they sang beautiful Christmas carols for the residents.  

 

These small acts of connection remind us that Christmas is about community, giving, and togetherness.

 

We’re delighted to be part of this heartwarming project that brings smiles, stories, and festive spirit to all ages.
