Year 1-3 Assembly Celebrates Respect and Achievement

Our Year 1-3 pupils gathered for assembly today and enjoyed a wonderful celebration of achievement, values and community spirit.

A highlight of the assembly was the first collection of Pebble Points from our Year 1-3 classes. These pebbles have been earned through excellent examples of Respect, our character trait focus for September and October. Pupils have made a fantastic start and are already making great progress towards reaching the first target marker on their Pebble Point jars.

We also took the opportunity to celebrate the birthdays of our girls and boys, recognise achievements outside of school, and acknowledge the many successes our pupils have enjoyed in recent weeks.

As part of our Safeguarding Week, Mr Traynor spoke to the children about our school vision and values, reminding everyone of the importance of showing respect, making good choices and keeping safe. Road safety was a particular focus, helping pupils understand how they can keep themselves and others safe both in and out of school.

Well done to all our pupils. Together, we are showing that Everyone Matters. Every Moment Counts.
