Pupil Council Elections
Mon 16 Sep 2019It was election fever time in Years 4 to 7 this week as the children got geared up for our Pupil Council elections once again! Lots of children applied using a specially designed application form where they had to explain why they would like a place on the Pupil Council. After all applications were processed, candidates had to read out their manifestos to their class mates, urging them to vote! Votes were then cast and posted into our ballot boxes! It was a tense time for many as the results came through, however, only one representative from each class could be successful! CONGRATULATIONS!! to all our successful candidates! We look forward to learning about the exciting ideas that you will be working on in this year! Watch out soon for the names of our successful candidates.

Year 6 Attend the Fane Valley Art Exhibition
Thu 20 Jun 2019Fane Valley, one of Northern Ireland’s leading agricultural companies gave our Year 6 children the opportunity of working together to design some animal sculptures in a creative educational project in association with Arts & Business NI and in conjunction with Arts Care. Children from Mrs Wray’s class were invited to attend a celebration event at ‘Fane Valley Headquarters’. Children received a goody bag and got to mix with other children to talk about their experiences and showcase their animal sculptures. Well done Mrs Wray’s class!
