Alphabetix with Activity NI
Fri 07 May 2021As part of our emotional health and wellbeing programme for this year we have approached Activity NI to deliver training for staff and children in their wonderful Alphabetix programme.
Each letter of the alphabet is connected to a fitness move that can be completed in class as part of a movement break or at the start of a PE lesson.
No equipment is used and in order to create a good work out all you have to do is pick a word and spell it out using the moves demonstrated.
We hope this will be an enjoyable and beneficial programme for all in our school.
