    Tue 02 Oct 2018

Our visitors from Xingzhou Primary School in China were welcomed by our Year 7 pupils who agreed to act as partners during their time with us.

The children visited classrooms today in Years 1,2,3,4 and in Year 7 and were so interested in how our children learn. After a wonderful lunch in the school canteen the boys and girls had an ICT lesson led by our Year 7 pupils and a Gaelic Football coaching session led by Alfie Hannaway. A great time had by all.

  • Election Day! Pupil Council Elections

    Thu 13 Sep 2018

It was election fever time in Years 4 to 7 this week as the children got geared up for our Pupil Council elections once again! Lots of children applied using a specially designed application form where they had to explain why they would like a place on the Pupil Council. After all applications were processed, candidates had to read out their manifestos to their class mates, urging them to vote! Votes were then cast and posted into our ballot boxes! It was a tense time for many as the results came through, however, only one representative from each class could be successful! CONGRATULATIONS!! to all our successful candidates! We look forward to learning about the exciting ideas that you will be working on in this year! Watch out soon for the names of our successful candidates.
