    Congratulations to all the members of the choir who sang so beautifully at the SSE Arena on Sunday afternoon. The event was just spectacular and the singing outstanding.

    Congratulations to our Year 7 cheerleading squad who came first in their competition on Friday 26th Feb. A very energetic routine organised by Miss Agnew mixed with the enthusiasm and dedication of the girls led to this wonderful achievement.
  • Gaelic Football in Year 5

    Many thanks to local GAA coach Alfie Hannaway who has led Gaelic Football training with our Year 5 children giving them a taster of the skills involved and giving a few challenging exercises to some of our Footballers who play for Aldergrove or Glenavy.
  • Year 5 Writing Workshops

    Our Year 5 classes travelled to the Skainos Centre in Belfast for wonderful writing workshops. The children came up with a shared story and worked with an author and illustrator to help bring their piece to life.

    Our Picasso Art Club got a wonderful surprise when Mrs Sheppard announced she was taking them to the Ulster Museum to view some amazing art and to gather a bit of inspiration for their own creations.
  • Youth Speak Competition

    Congratulations to our two pupils on representing the school at the Youth Speak Competition at Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council. They spoke so well and with great enthusiasm. 
  • Nursery Celebrate Chinese New Year

    Our Nursery children had a wonderful time celebrating Chinese New Year. Everyone wore red and took part in a procession with the Chinese Dragon.
  • Grandparents' Day

    Congratulations to our Year One pupils who welcomed their Grandparents into school as part of our Catholic Schools' Week celebrations. The children sang some beautiful songs in the Assembly hall and then brought their Grandparents back to their classrooms to show them their work and to give them a special gift they had made.
