    We were delighted to receive our Road Safety Visual Teaching Aid Calendars for the school year 2018-19 which featured staff, pupils and parents from our school!
  • Shared Education Signature Project

    As  part of Shared Education Week we were delighted to be asked to showcase our work with work with Crumlin Integrated Primary, Crumlin Integrated College and Gaelscoil Ghleann Darach at the Shared Education Showcase Conference in Cookstown.  At this conference the Education Training Inspectorate (ETI) launched their Shared Education Signature Project Evaluation Report in which we were one of a few case studies highlighted as good practice.  The full report can be accessed at www.etini.gov.uk and is well worth a read!  Well done to all the staff and pupils involved with this very successful project!
  • National Day of Prayer

    We celebrated the National Day of Prayer today in school.  Each class prayed a decade of the Rosary and children in Years 1-4 were given medals and rosary beads and children in Year 5-7 were presented with a pocket prayer booklet from St Patrick's Missionary Society, Wicklow.

  • Xingzhou Primary School Afterschools Session with Activity NI

    Many thanks to Daryl from Activity Ni who organised an afterschool session for our visitors. They played Dodge ball, Archery and Gaga ball. Daryl also brought along his new drone and was able to capture aerial footage of the session. The children had a wonderful time. 
  • Pupils and Staff from Xingzhou Primary School Arrive

    Our visitors from Xingzhou Primary School in China were welcomed by our Year 7 pupils who agreed to act as partners during their time with us.

    The children visited classrooms today in Years 1,2,3,4 and in Year 7 and were so interested in how our children learn. After a wonderful lunch in the school canteen the boys and girls had an ICT lesson led by our Year 7 pupils and a Gaelic Football coaching session led by Alfie Hannaway. A great time had by all.
